How satisfied are you with yourself, really?

Not with your relationship. Not with your kids. With you. Twenty-eight honest questions about the seven quiet pillars of a life that feels like yours. At the end you'll see where you're strong, where you're tired, and the one small step that matters first.

Answer about the last month, not your best week. Take it alone, somewhere quiet. There are no right answers, only true ones.

1 · The voice in your head
How you talk to yourself when nobody is listening.
When I make a mistake, I talk to myself the way I'd talk to a good friend.
I can be tired, late, or wrong without deciding that I am "not enough."
I notice a harsh thought about myself before it becomes a verdict.
I give myself credit for the ordinary things I carry every day.
2 · Boundaries
Saying no, and surviving the silence after.
I can say no without a long explanation and without punishing myself after.
My yes means yes. I don't say it while my body is screaming no.
I protect my time and energy the way I'd protect a child's.
The people closest to me know what hurts me, because I've told them.
3 · A world of your own
Friends, interests, time that is only yours.
I have at least one person I can call who leaves me breathing easier, not smaller.
There is something in my week that is mine alone: a hobby, a walk, a practice.
An hour for myself feels like a right, not like stealing.
If my relationship or my children were taken out of the picture for a day, there would still be a "me" there.
4 · Direction
Where you are, and where you're going.
I can say in one sentence what matters most to me this year.
I know where I'd like to be in a year, and the gap doesn't feel like failure, only like direction.
This week I did one small thing toward the person I want to become.
My days are mostly spent on things I chose, not only on things that chose me.
5 · Resilience
Not never falling. Knowing how you get back up.
After a hard day, I know what helps me recover, and I actually do it.
I can say "today was hard" out loud instead of pretending everything is fine.
Asking for help feels like strength to me, not like failure.
I measure a hard season by "I got up, I held on, I asked," not by my best days.
6 · How you show up
What the people you love actually get from you.
I bring my real self to my partner, not only the tired, managing version.
I can breathe before I react, at least some of the time.
I apologize to the people I love when I get it wrong, including my children.
When I have taken care of myself, I notice I have more to give.
7 · Satisfaction
The heart of it. Answer slowly, and honestly.
These days, I like who I am becoming.
I feel that my life is built around the good that is here, not only around what is missing.
I am proud of something I did this month that nobody saw.
Knowing everything I know today, I would still choose the life I'm building.

What isn't working for you right now
These are the statements you answered "not really" or "sometimes". Not to shame you. To show you, in your own words, where your energy is leaking.

The most important thing you'll read today

Who you are with yourself is who you are with your partner, and the parent you are. It all starts with you. Not blame. Responsibility. Every tender score on this page is not a verdict. It's an address: it tells you exactly where your attention is needed first.

Want to look at your picture with someone who has walked this road, and leave with your first two steps? That's exactly what my first session is for.
