My approach

Practical coaching, for real life

CBT tools. Active self-work. Couples evenings at your own table. You will not just be listened to. You will grow.

How I coach

This is active work

You will be learning, practicing, and growing, every single week.

Everything I do stands on CBT: the way you think shapes the way you feel, and the way you feel shapes the way you love. Change the thought, and the whole story changes. We begin softly, a free call, no forms, no pressure, because no tool works between strangers.

Then the real work begins. Sessions where you practice, not just talk. Guided workbooks. Couples evenings at your own table, phones away, something warm in your glass. You will learn yourself and your partner on paper, out loud, in writing you keep.

Your needs

Named out loud, at last. What you truly need to feel loved, safe, and seen, and how to ask for it without a fight.

Your values

What your life and your home stand on. Where you and your partner align, and how to bridge where you do not.

Your boundaries

Real boundaries, not control. Where you end and others begin, so closeness stops costing you yourself.

Your self-growth

The most underestimated asset you own. A calmer, stronger you, paying into every corner of your life at once.

Your foundations

Trust, communication, repair, teamwork. The basics most of us were never taught, learned properly, once and for life.

My story

Fifteen years inside the rawest moments of family life

Since 2013 I have been a birth and postpartum doula. More births than I can count. Countless postpartum nights. Families at their most raw, unrepeatable moments, when everything is love and everything is too much, at the very same time.

And from that front-row seat I watched the same quiet story, home after home: the rush of a growing family slowly swallows the couple that started it. Two people who adore each other become two tired parents passing a baby back and forth in the dark. Nobody chooses the distance. It just grows, feed by feed, year by year, until one day, years later, two roommates run a household and wonder where they went.

The love is almost never gone. It is buried, waiting to be dug out. That is why I became a CBT relationship coach, and why the first ten years of family life are my life's work. If you recognized your home in this story, do not wait years like most couples do. Talk to me for 15 free minutes →

Who I walk with

If you are in these years, you are in the right place

Expecting & new-parent couples

Before and after birth: preparing your bond for the biggest change of your lives, and holding it together through the beautiful storm that follows.

Couples in the first ten years

Small children, big careers, no sleep, and a relationship running on leftovers. Rebuilding closeness, communication, and teamwork in the busiest decade there is.

Mothers finding their color

For the woman who gave everything and lost herself somewhere along the way. Identity, confidence, and calm, reclaimed with CBT tools and real support.

Individuals growing on purpose

You do not need a crisis or a partner to work with me. Self-growth is the most underestimated asset you own, and it pays into every corner of your life.

Meet Esti

Lovely to meet you.

Esti Kedem, CBT-certified relationship coach and doula

Life, relationship, and CBT coach · Birth and postpartum doula

Today I bring together everything those years taught me, more than a decade beside families as a birth and postpartum doula, and my training since 2022 as a CBT-certified relationship and life coach, into warm, practical work built entirely around you.

Whether you are preparing for parenthood, rebuilding closeness, or growing on your own, I would love to meet you. Warmly, Esti

Especially for women

Flamingo Motherhood

When a flamingo feeds her chicks, she pours her own pigment into them. She literally loses her color. The devoted mother fades to white while her babies turn pink.

I see her every day: the woman who was vibrant and full of her own dreams, who looks in the mirror after giving birth and does not recognize herself. Nothing is wrong with her. She has been pouring her color into everyone else.

Flamingo Motherhood is my work about getting your color back. In nature the pink returns on its own. In real life it returns when a mother is seen, supported, and given tools to reclaim herself, without giving up an ounce of love for her family. If you have faded, you are not lost. Your color is waiting.
